Whenever I try to sleep, I always end up thinking about dozen millions of things and no matter what I do (shout at myself : ''Go to Sleep!', get up and wait for sleepiness to return, listen to lullabies, do a meditation, drink herbal tea) , I just CAN'T GET TO SLEEP!!!
It seems like the time when everyone goes to bed is the best time for me to ask myself questions and do reflections on life or my life. Also, I can talk to myself without having the worry of someone telling to stop it.
I don't think this is the right place to ask it, but can someone please, please help me?
